Community Support Initiatives

Healthy Deputies = Healthy Communities

Deputy & Family Support

At ACT DSABC, we are dedicated to supporting the mental and physical well-being of Bexar County Sheriff’s deputies and law enforcement professionals. We understand the unique challenges faced by those in public safety and are committed to providing resources that promote mental health support, suicide prevention, and officer wellness. Our programs focus on increasing awareness, improving access to law enforcement mental health services, and ensuring deputies have the support systems they need to thrive both on and off duty. By fostering a culture of care, resilience, and peer support, we work to reduce stigma around seeking help and empower deputies to serve the Bexar County community with strength, confidence, and long-term wellness.

Deputy Supporters

Our community is strongest when we stand together in support of the brave men and women who serve Bexar County. We invite individuals, businesses, and local organizations to get involved through donations, volunteer efforts, and advocacy that directly benefit Bexar County Sheriff’s deputies and their families. Your support helps provide essential wellness resources, financial assistance programs, and community outreach initiatives that promote the safety, health, and resilience of our law enforcement professionals.

Suicide Awareness

The mental well-being of our deputies is a top priority. In memory of Lt. Jeremy Payne, ACT DSABC is dedicated to raising awareness and providing critical support for suicide prevention among law enforcement officers and first responders in Bexar County. We believe every life matters and are committed to expanding access to confidential mental health resources, peer support programs, and educational initiatives that help deputies manage stress, trauma, and the unique challenges of public safety service.

Community Impact

Our mission goes beyond supporting deputies. We are equally committed to the well-being of the Bexar County community. Through charitable outreach, educational programs, and community support initiatives, ACT DSABC works to build safer, stronger, and more resilient neighborhoods. In honoring the legacy of Lt. Jeremy Payne, we focus on fostering meaningful connections, promoting mental health awareness, and ensuring that individuals, families, and first responders across our community feel valued, supported, and empowered.

Connecting Hearts and Helping Hands

Whether it's through volunteer work, charitable donations, or simply spreading awareness, every act of kindness helps build a better future for Bexar County. We are united by a shared purpose—to uplift our community and support those who protect it, ensuring that no one faces their challenges alone.
